Women’s International Shipping and Trading Association (WISTA) Nigeria commiserates with its Patron and Chief Executive Officer, Integrated Oil and Gas Limited, Capt. Emmanuel Ihenacho, following the demise of Mr. Julius Sunday Akinwusi.

Akinwusi who was the Group Chief Finance Officer of Integrated Oil and Gas Limited, passed away recently after a brief illness at the age of 56.

In a Letter of Condolence signed by the President of WISTA Nigeria, Mrs. Eunice Ezeoke, the association conveyed condolences on the loss of one of the most trusted employees as Integrated Oil and Gas.

The WISTA letter dated June 11, 2020, read; “We bring you compliments from the Board of Trustees and distinguished members of WISTA Nigeria and wish to express our sincere condolences on the passing of your staff, the Group chief Finance Officer of Integrated Oil and Gas Ltd., Mr. Julius Sunday Akinwusi.”

“WISTA Nigeria grieves with you, our amiable Patron. We would also like to extend our deepest sympathy to the family of Mr. Akinwusi and the entire staff of Integrated Oil and Gas Ltd. Our prayers and thoughts are with you all at this trying time. May God give you the fortitude to bear the loss.”

Late Akinwusi was described as a highly valued member of the company’s Management team, who was committed and expressed great leadership and knowledge of the industry, with which he brought value to the company.

Akinwusi served in the Finance and Accounts department since 2007 and rose to the rank of Group Chief Finance Officer.
