Nneka Igbokwe is a woman with sparks of quiet intelligence. She is an Assistant Director with the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA).
Trained as a mass communicator, she was one of the Public Relations managers in the defunct JOMALIC that merged with the National Maritime Authority(NMA) to birth NIMASA.
