The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has disclosed that the fuel section of the Kaduna Refinery is presently being revamped, and production of Premium Motor Spirit (Petrol), should commence within the next three months, so that Nigerians can start to enjoy uninterrupted supply of petroleum products.
According to the GMD of the Corporation, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, all the component units of the refinery will be fully rehabilitated for resumption of crude supply to the plant.
For many Nigerians who have suffered the crunch of fuel scarcity in recent times, this is some cheery news, no doubt. We hope that ‘bad belle people’ will not jeopardize the efforts of Dr. kachikwu and his team at the NNPC.
