BEARS: Governors Without Conscience

Despite the harsh economic situation in the country coupled with hyper inflation that has made nonsense of purchasing power of Nigerians, Nigerian Governors are said to be owing Local Government employees over N40bn of unpaid wages and salaries. The worst of them being Zamfara State whose minimum wage is N7,500 despite President Buhari approving N30,000 as national minimum wage. It is indeed a big shame to the owing state governors.
