Aggrieved freight agents could barely hear the Customs bosses when they spoke and some freight forwarding practitioners even alleged that Customs didn’t want to be heard.
For an agency which generates trillions annually, it’s a shame that it’s training college in the beautiful city of Ikeja is a mess.
