BEARS: Communication Manners And Leaders

A controller of customs had cause recently to explain that he usually get 2000 text messages in a day, as such it was difficult for him to read them and respond. Antithetically, this was when Abdullahi Dikko was the Comptroller General of Customs(CGC). Dikko, who obviously got more messages  was good at reading and responding to every meaningful text message he got. He also returned important calls. He never saw those as distraction but a feed back mechanism for better leadership offering. So also does Hassan Bello see text messages, calls and Whatsapp conversations.  But how does Hadiza Bala-Usman see text messages,and calls not to talk of other social media outlets? How does Dakuku Peterside see these communication channels? They are both bad managers of these media. This is a huge minus in their growing leadership rating. Ironically, these are leaders within the age bracket of  40 and 48, expected to be social media savvy and reasonable communication-conscious.  On the scale of 100 percent, what should both of them have?
