One of the observers of the case between the Nigerian Shippers’ Council and the Seaport Terminal Operators Association of Nigeria (STOAN), last week at the High court Ikoyi actually raised a question albeit passive which Bears think should be truly perused.
The lawyer said, “Where are the importers and the freight forwarders whose course the Shippers’ Council is fighting?” Adding that they were supposed to show solidarity by coming to the court to enmasse and looking around, one could not find any of the people he mentioned.
Bears say, everything is not about noise making but through action because action speaks louder that voice.
