Agencies and departments have been reeling out their achievements to update the new ministers and NiMASA has been at it. Last week it said it has placed a total of 11, 956 seafarers on board Cabotage Vessels. This is good but where are these vessels not to talk of the Cabotage regime that is yet to find its feet? At least, Team NiMASA PR deserve kudos for the ongoing series for realizing the need for such corporate report like NPA team has been doing. Unfortunately, the PR leadership in Nigerian Shippers’ Council is a sleeping one always waiting to be spoon fed. NIWA, Nigerian Railway Corporation, NITT are possibly still confused with the new ambivalence.
