Bulls thump up the command management for the good initiative of giving the canteen a face-lift.
Recall that Bears had last year, condemned the awful look of the canteen where senior officers of the Nigeria Customs Service take their meals for its unsavoury state.
The bug of change has started biting hard on the people but I think Apapa customs is quick to respond.
