At the Official Launch of the Ghana National Single Window and National Single Window Seminar, with the theme: “National Single Window: ‘Collaboration Towards A Facilitated Trade Environment”,  from 1st – 4th December, 2015. The Official Launch was followed by a National Conference which was regrouped into plenary sessions which later broke in three Technical Sessions.

The National Single Window was launched, by the President, John Dramani Mahama, who was represented by the Deputy Speaker of the Parliament and was supported by the Minister of Finance, Hon. Seth Terpker, Minister of Transport, Hon. Dzifa Ativor, Minister of Food and Agriculture,  Hon. Fifi Jwetey, Minister of Trade and Industry,  Hon. Ekwow Garbrah ,the Consultant and CEO of WestBlue Consultants, Ms Valentina Mintah and Commissioner General of Ghana Revenue Authority/chief Host Mr. Blankson George.

Nigerian delegations who graced the occasion were: Sir Mike Jukwe, the Registrar of CRFFN, Deputy Comptroller General of the Nigeria Customs, (DCG) Iya Umar, Representing the Comptroller General of Customs, Col. hameed Ali ,( Rtd) and the National President of National Association of Government approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF), Dr. Eugene Nweke,.

Among the International Delegations, were: Mr Kunio Mikuriya, the  Secretary General of the World Customs Organisation (WCO),  the Formal Deputy Secretary General of the Common Wealth Secretariat Mr. Ransford Smith,  the Consultant to the  United Nation, ” Father of the Single Window” Mr Tom Butterly, the Professor of Computer and Founding Director of IT Innovation (INOVA),  Mr. Somnuk Keretho, etc.
