BEARS: Apapa Okada

It is really sad to see how motorcyclist popularly known as Okada risk their lives on the Apapa Mile 2 expressway.

Thanks to the gridlock their passengers are not at their mercy holding breaths as they criss-cross around container carrying  trucks, Bears is asking what can be done to these unrepentant Okada riders who throw all caution to the mind in their quest to make more money after all  what is money meant to the dead?
