A police woman was seen hanging on a moving truck last week, negotiating with the driver on how much she would collect for no job done.

The scene was at barracks b/stop Apapa where Traffic Wardens direct traffic.

As the police was clinging to the front door of the truck, it indeed showed that she is a well trained officer but the training is deployed towards extorting truck drivers.
