Why is the Comptroller General of Customs(CGC) Col. Hammed Ali(Rtd.) not obeying the directive of President Mohammedu Buhari to step aside and hand over to the most senior officer in the service. It is being three weeks now since this information filtered to Bears but Ali chose to engage in high- level plea. Or did Buhari make the statement to please his political power broker who brought a damning report of how the Customs has crippled the businesses of some of the financiers of the All Progressives Congress(APC).
