Last week, while having a maiden engagement with stakeholders the new Executive Secretary of Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC), Hon. Emmanuel Jime described himself as a JJC at the Council.
JJC means Johhny Just Come, a term used to describe someone that is new or novice to a place or situation.
Nevertheless, the words and submissions of Jime were far from those of a JJC at the meeting.
He may have allowed all the directors at the event make their submissions comically stating that they were all ES at the function, but stakeholders at the programme posited that Jime has learnt more than he gives himself credit for.
Abeg, Hon. Jime is no JJC at NSC!
