BULLS: Tribute to Ubong!

A full page tribute was dedicated to honour the late Dr. Ubong King in the brochure of the Maritime Security Providers Association of Nigeria (MASPAN) 2021 Annual General Meeting last week.
MASPAN members would take the tribute a notch higher with one-minute silence to be observed at the meeting.
It was one minute to salute the former MASPAN President, but the neither the Master of Ceremony nor the audience would stick to 60 seconds as the silence ritual was only observed for 35seconds as monitored by MMS Plus.
One minute is not too long to wait in honour of a deceased but the norm in most cases is to announce one minute silence and do 30-40seconds.
Perhaps, the MC should be the time keeper on such occasions.
Let our one minute be one minute or more; not less!
