BULLS: Diligent Army Officers

It took the dexterity of Army officers at the Barracks cantonment of Lagos/Badagry expressway to prevent a ghastly fire outbreak from happening on the road when a tanker fell and spilled petrol all over the road as a result of dilapidated state of the road on Monday night, last week.

The officers had to stop vehicular movement on the international road, even as they marshaled passersby to prevent people from making calls around the scene until dawn on Tuesday when the tanker was evacuated.

Indeed it’s a new year but old problems persist.
