BULLS: Why Celebrate Customs PRO On Transfer?

Chief Superintendent of Customs(CSC), Isah Suleiman, who has just been redeployed to Apapa Area 1 Customs Command to continue his public relations duties, was celebrated as though he was on retirement.
No, it was a celebration of professionalism. In an era where the Service lacks many good and performing image-makers at commands, anyone who shows good skills and professionalism deserves commendation. It is important to note that the person of Area Controller in place helps to make or mar the Public Relations Officer. But a good PRO manages his boss.
Suleiman had served at other commands, which include, Western Marine Command, Delta, Seme and now Apapa, the biggest command in revenue and stakeholders control. He is expected to raise his flag of service here. Mind the media as usual, and relate better.
The MMS Plus encounter with CSC Suleiman at Seme Customs under the retired ACG Ben Oramalugo as CAC remains memorable. He deserves all the encomium. He is an CAC success enabler. A material for the position of national PRO. Keep the flag high!
