A mild drama ensued at the platform communication-sponsored event last thursday, when the Head of Cabotage Services of NIMASA, Capt. Sunday Umoren, gave a presentation centred around the provisions of the Cabotage Act. In response, Capt. Dada Labinjo, an industry veteran, stood up and berated Capt. Umoren for his “lazy” presentation. People know the wordings of the Cabotage Act, NIMASA should be able to tell us in practical terms what they have done within the last few years, not to come here and read paper to us. True talk, sir!
