Maritime industry stakeholders last week honoured the late veteran Journalist, Mr. Ray Ugochukwu, who passed on recently. Ray was three times the President of Maritime Reporters Association of Nigeria ( MARAN) and lately the President of Maritime Journalists Association of Nigeria ( MAJAN)
