Since the amiable Chief Adebayo Sarumi took over the mantle of leadership at the Nigerian Chamber of Shipping (NCS) the group seems to have retrogressed and the unity of the group is threatened as the Chamber is sitting on a keg of gunpowder.
Members of the group have lost confidence in Chief Sarumi and if what is said to be boiling in the Chamber of Shipping is anything to go by, then the revered ex- NPA boss is set to lose some of the credibility he laboured to build over the years.
This gross ineffectiveness is definitely not one of the regular Sarumi traits but who can explain the stagnation at the Chamber?
Can we ask the erudite Otunba Folarin? Is it true that he is also involved in this calamitous leadership team?
Why has the reputable Chamber of Shipping suddenly degenerated into a Chamber of Sleeping?
