BEARS: Ogun NDLEA Dungeon

The Ogun state headquarters of the Nigerian Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) can pass for an ancient dungeon. Aside from the Controller’s office, other parts of the building were a terrible sight to behold when MMS Plus paid a visit recently. The restroom was also an awful place to be because the facility was old, dilapidated and devoid of light.

If the state headquarters of NDLEA had facilities characterized by such a degree of neglect, one can only imagine the situation of the outpost stations. NDLEA plays a crucial role in maintaining the well-being of the nation and the officers saddled with this task deserve better.

Ogun State government and the NDLEA leadership have to speedily address the state of infrastructure at the NDLEA Ogun State Command.
