When Jean Chiazor Anishere, SAN Became The Yeye Ataiyese Of Ibodi

The Vice-Chairman of the Nigerian Ports Consultative Council (NPCC), Mrs. Jean Chiazor Anishere, SAN was recently conferred with the chieftaincy title of Yeye Ataiyese of Ibodi by His Royal Majesty Oba Cornelius Omisade Agboluaje, Otemuyi 1 Oloja of Ibodi. It was an event that hosted the confluence of elegance and tradition as friends and well-wishers of the cerebral silk graced the occasion in styles. They were adorned with grace and honour giving illumination to the thread of the event. The meaning of the day was not lost on any of them. The Yeye title in Yoruba culture is a prestigious honour recognizing women of exceptional leadership, wisdom and influence.

It is therefore not a surprise that Oba Agboluaje stated in press statement about Mrs. Anishere thus: You have consistently exemplified the quality of leadership, integrity as a distinguished legal luminary, a woman of substance. Your tireless service and dedication to uplifting the lives of those around you have set a standard for all.

“You are found worthy of this chieftaincy as a woman of influence and exemplary character, unwavering commitment to community building. You are indeed a beacon of hope and virtue among the women of our society.” He added. Enjoy the pictures.
