Joel Nwosu, the former Administrative Secretary of the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) has now been made the Director General (DG) of ANLCA Headquarters.
Mr. Nwosu who is popularly known as the Honourable ascended the throne of the DG in August this year without pumps and pageantry.
