Bulls celebrates a hero, the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, who has written his name in the history books of Nigeria as the first incumbent president to concede victory to an opponent after an electoral process that was declared free and fair by the Independent National Election Commission (INEC).
