The election took place in Inyi, Enugu State on Saturday, during the Club’s 2025 Annual General Meeting(AGM) which was well-attended by members across the globe.
In his valedictory speech, Mr. Udeagbara recounted the challenges his leadership encountered, while enumerating the milestones, listing the multi-million Naira Club house at take off stage as a flagship legacy, and the town’s joint security network and investment as reference points.
The new executive members who assumed office instantly, were Dr. Magnus Chukwuekezie, President; Mr. Hilary Obi, Vice President; Arc. Chinonye Alaekee, Secretary; Mr. Obiora Mba, Assistant Secretary; Dr. Kingsley Oyekezie, Financial Secretary.

Others include, Mr. Ephraim Nwokolo, Treasurer;Mr. Chukwuebuka Onwuka, Public Relations Officer; Mr. Chijioke Ezeka, Provost 1; Mr. Emmanuel Offor, Provost 2; and Barr. Robert Iloabanafor, Legal Adviser.
Founded over 20 years ago as a community development-centric social club leveraging the power of brotherhood and communal solidarity amongst members for development, the leadership cycle has seen four distinguished professionals pilot the affairs of the Club from inception, with successive presidents inspiring, refining, reinventing and sustaining the vision and purpose of establishment.

As expected, it has evolved from a mere social club for members to become the apex influencial elite club in Oji-River local space with members drawn only from Inyi.
Over the years, the Club has attracted road projects;built schools and equipped some with basic learning facilities; sponsored scholarship programmes, empowered the less privileged and micro businesses, amongst others.
However, the Club is yet to assume its expected position of setting political and economic agenda for the town, while influencing policies in the state.
This may not be a tall order for the new executive which parades another set of influencial members in the Club with select successful professionals across professions from Inyi home and in diaspora.
