Bull congratulates Comptroller Usman Turaki for his recent promotion from Deputy Controller of Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) to Customs Area Controller in charge of Federal Operation Unit (FOU) Zone ‘A’ command.
He was a staff officer of the unit but his hard work, resilience and productivity earned him his present position as a Controller.
Bull wishes you the best time in office as the new CAC but enjoins you to put more effort, because office is a responsibility and the way you handle it determines how fast you rise.
However, Bull wishes to also remind you that in this trying time of the country, more vigilance should be put up so as to arrest criminality in the country as your command is the last hope of the government to arrest illegal importation.
