Bull wish to congratulate the National Publicity Secretary of the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA), Dr. Obicee Okonkwo on the recent award he received from the Transport Development Excellence Award (TDEA), as the most progressive publicity secretary.
Bull congratulates Obicee for this mileage even as dedicates the award to the National President of the association; Prince Olayiwola Shittu for his visionary leadership.
The award was given to him by the Publishers of Transport Magazine and News Quest Weekly.
