There are signs of good development coming from the Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC), especially under the new regulatory framework. Some staff of the council have been promoted after many years of sitting on one position.
They include: Ms. Azuka Ogo, Secretary Cargo Defence Fund (CDF) now a Director; Mr. Winner Anayo, promoted to a Deputy Director; Mr. Rotimi Anifowoshe, now an Assistant Director.
This is a morale booster for the members of staff who are now the watch-dog of the maritime industry.
