Many thanks to the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) for making maritime media celebrate Easter with rice.
As usual the rice was bought for Christmas but was delivered in Easter.
What s fine way to kill two birds with a stone! One cannot believe that rice is this difficult to come by when a fashion designer was chased to his house to give him almost a billion naira.!
