Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu is the first Lady of Ondo State. The Imo State born is a Politician, aquaculturist and philanthropist. As a retired civil servant, Betty is the CEO of Aquatek Farms Ventures that provides consultancy services and engages in commercial fish farming. She is the President of Breast Cancer Association of Nigeria (BRECAN), an organization she founded in 1997 after surviving breast cancer. She is a leading voice in uniting and advocating for the recognition and proper placement of women in Ondo state. Mrs. Akeredolu has won awards in recognition of her work and commitment in the fight against breast cancer in Nigeria. She is also a supporter of the Bring Back Our Girls movement.
