Bull appreciates the efforts of the Customs Area Controller (CAC) of Kirikiri Lighter Terminal (KLT), Comptroller Frances Enwereuzor for creating synergy among the KLT Police division, Customs and other regulatory agencies to ease the traffic situation on the road accessing the terminal.
When she came to KLT, there was no taskforce in place and the traffic situation was hectic but because of her good human nature and dedication to work, she synergized these agencies to ease off the traffic.
