Railway is the cheapest mode of transportation and it has become a faster mode than the roads in Lagos as a result of endless traffic gridlocks. However, the incessant rooftop riders have become a menace.
Nigeria Railway Corporation (NRC) on Thursday, warned rooftop riders against endangering their lives, saying the corporation would no longer treat the offence with levity.
Why would sane Nigerians continue to endanger their lives in such manner? Can we term this ‘railway rascality’?
