The Admiralty University of Nigeria in Delta State recently had its 2023 convocation ceremony with the Council and Board of Trustees members filling out in procession . They include : Mrs Mfon Usoro, BoT member; Prof. Azinge, SAN; Rear Admiral Joseph Akpan and Vice Admiral E. Ogalla.
