Bisi Akodu is a partner at the law firm Olisa Agbakoba Legal (OAL) formally known as Olisa Agbakoba & Associates. She runs the Corporate/Commercial & Public Sector Group of the firm. Bisi has gained a great deal of experience in Corporate Restructuring in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions.
