The encomiums, accolades, showered on the Nigeria Port Authority this week at the monitoring and compliance conference were so much but deservedly merited, considering that they have done considerably well in the last two to three years.
However when encomiums are coming in torrents, it could derail the; I hope these accolade would not becloud the your vision?
