Dr. Joy Ivbade Akhighe Ichue is an Assistant Director/ Comptroller at the Nigeria Agricultural Quarantine Service (NAQS). She is the NAQS Coordinator at the Tin Can Inland Port. Dr Joy attended Ahamdu Bello University, Zaria and she is happily married with lovely kids. She is a peace-loving woman who encourages others to express themselves, but in a thoughtful manner. Joy is always found wearing a smile and she says this week is going to be joyous.
