Bulls: Image Is Everything

The Acting National Public Relations Officer of the Nigeria Customs Service(NCS), Mr, Joseph Attah has began moves to shore up the image of customs commands by transferring the command PROs. Sure, that’s a good one but actions as this are better done when there are capable replacements. Most of the PROs now may have gone for trainings in the past, yet much value was not got from them. We vote for more training  even among the green horns to  be selected.  Image is everything!
