However, residents of Lagos State can begin to celebrate Xmas Rice Bonaza as the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode has announced the sale of ‘Lake Rice’ for N13,000 only and the commodity is set to hit the market this week.
Lake Rice is a product of Lagos and Kebbi State governments and there is no better time to launch it than now when the demand for rice increases.
However, we plead with the State Government to ensure this rice gets to the masses.
Otherwise, “some ogas at the top” go hoard the rice to start rice supermarkets after the xmas season o.
