BULLS: Will It Be Sustained!

The access roads leading to the Apapa Port Complex are gradually being reconstructed and rehabilitated.  This has greatly reduced the gridlock that have hampered business transaction over the years and made life miserable not only for port users but people living in Apapa and its environs.

Agreed, the gridlock had significantly reduced and bulls urge other critical stakeholders to do more so that other contributing factors to the gridlock will be permanently dealt with.

But the question remains:  will these repairs and maintenance be sustained or will they go by way of other projects that were abandoned halfway?  Food for thought.
