But it could be cheap to some people like the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Transportation, Dr. Mrs. Magdalene Ajani. She confessed that the Ministry focused on railway expansion and rehabilitation, leaving the maritime sector under the tenure of Rt Hon. Rotimi Amaechi as the Minister of Transportation.
But the gap she added was filled by his predecessor, Muazu Jaji Sambo who faced the maritime space.
However, both ministers could not dust up the National Transport Policy and the road or land mode is still seeking attention.
