It is good to feel and hear that the national single window project is no longer negotiable. The minister of transport, Rt. Hon. Rotimi Amaechi has settled his differences with the Nigeria Customs Service(NCS). It equally feels good that the IT Amazon, Valentina Mintah of West Blue Consulting might just be making her way back to Nigeria to hit the bull’s eye. Nigeria needs single window like it is found in all these small small countries around. Can Amaechi make this history?
