Despite federal government ban on interstate movements, the Federal Roads Safety Corps (FRSC) turned back 437 vehicles from Ogun and Lagos States’ boundaries within two days last week while enforcing the ban.
Are these people willingly and deliberately flouting orders put in place for their safety?
