Dangote Group has taken a commendable step as they have promised to construct the Apapa road from the Foot Bridge down to the port gates.
The General Manager, Western Ports of the Nigerian Ports Authority Chief Michael Ajayi that Dangote had pledged to support the Nigerian Ports Authority by constructing the roads.
While we commend Dangote Group for their magnanimity, we also admonish other multinational companies at the port environs to take a cue from Dangote Group and envisage fixing other parts of the Apapa road as their Corporate Social Responsibility.
