Platform Communication organized a laudable conference tagged, “A Day with Maritime Students” on May 27th, Children’s day celebration last week, but the event was marred by the gross lateness of the host and the organizers as students and invitees were seated at the venue hours before the hosts arrived.
Of course, the event could only begin two hours later as the organizers had a lot of preparation to do at the ninth hour.
As Williams Shakepeare puts it, “better three hours too soon than a minute too late”
