This situation is the new normal following the COVID-19 pandemic as security operatives with little or no knowledge about the medical field decide whether a doctor would access a bank facility or any public location with the use of a thermometer.
Our correspondent observed this at a bank last week and it’s really a thrilling experience when to hear the doctor ask, “Do you know I’m a doctor?”
