Recently, the Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) threatened to engage the All Progressive Congress (APC) in a legal tussle for alleging them of sponsoring a late against the presidential candidate of the party.
The DG even gave the party 72 hours ultimatum to retract the publication and even apologize but after several 72hours, APC has neither retracted nor apologized.
We are still waiting for NIMASA’S legal act
