BEARS & BULLS
BEARS: Gridlock Wahala
The efforts to move the truck tankers off the port access roads has proved abortive in solving the challenge of the gridlock on the road as the trucks occupy the service lane but the container trucks continue to compound the headaches of those who continue to work hard to salvage the situation.
Will it not have been better if the roads are rehabilitated alongside, so as to achieve the desired and sustainable results?
We really should learn to put the cart before the horse and not the other way round.
