The immediate past Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Dikko Inde Abdullahi Dikko, who died on Thursday at the age of 60, has thrown the Customs Service and the entire port sector into an ambience of grief.
Dikko, who served as Customs Comptroller-General from 2009 to 2015, had a prolonged battle with prostate cancer. His health condition, according to sources, recently worsened due to COVID-19 complications.
