BEARS: Craze for Estacode

Last week, the Vice Chancellor of the University of Lagos (UNILAG), Prof. Oluwatoyin Ogundipe stressed that the yearnings for estacode and other benefits from traveling abroad has made government agencies unwilling to patronize indigenous learning institutions for human capital development.

This is a sad and unpalatable development. Nigerian workers, especially those in public service should prioritize indigenous learning institutions.

Please let’s jettison this craziness for foreign trips and estacode where necessary.
