An office belonging to the Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Company (PHED) in Ogbumnabali, Port Harcourt, Rivers State was locked by the landlord over unpaid rent.The landlord was seen sitting in front of the red padlocked door in a photo that went viral on social media.
Another photo showed a staff member attending to PHED customers in a car.
